Our olive groves are located in the Montes de Toledo, a hilly mountain range in the heart of the Iberian Peninsula.
Unlike the flat plains of other regions, our trees grow in high-altitude terrain with cold winters and dry summers. This natural stress forces the olive trees to fight for survival, resulting in a higher concentration of polyphenols and antioxidantsThe result? We are privileged to farm alongside Cabañeros, known as ‘Spain’s Serengeti’.
Our proximity to one of Europe’s best-preserved Mediterranean forests guarantees clean air and rich biodiversity, which acts as a natural shield for our crops. Here, our olives grow in harmony with a unique ecosystem, giving every drop of Olimancha a purity you can taste.
